MeetYoursFashion’s Store Refund Policy

 

At MeetYoursFashion, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item and we are happy to help you with that process. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

  1. Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with all tags and labels attached. Any items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for a return.

 

  1. Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, as long as it is available in stock. If the item you would like to exchange is not available, we will issue you a refund instead. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving their order.

 

  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

 

  1. Shipping

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

 

  1. Final Sale Items

Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description carefully before making your purchase.
