To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in new, unused condition, with all tags and labels attached. Any items that are damaged, worn, or altered will not be accepted for a return.

We are happy to exchange an item for a different size or color, as long as it is available in stock. If the item you would like to exchange is not available, we will issue you a refund instead. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the purchase date.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges, unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
